Returns & Exchanges

 

For retail product ,If you wish, it is possible to exchange any product that you have bought online within 30 days after you have received or picked up your products. Just make sure that the products you want to return are unused and still have the original barcode tags. You should also make sure that you have included the original packaging (boxes, plastic etc.)But you have to bear the freight by yourself if there is not any problem on the product.

If the product itself has a function problem,we can refund the cost of the product to you.

For bulk goods,usually we do FOB term,and before shipment,we will send the production sample for you to confirm or you can inspect the goods.
